ClearSkyAZ is located in north Cave Creek Arizona, Elevation 2607 ft. My thanks to Bob Hughes for making this possible. He donated the property and started digging. We had talked about doing this for many years but never did. Finally after getting tired of carrying our big scopes all over the state we decided to build two observatories side by side. It took us 5 months to complete. Each one is 14' wide and 16' long. The roof rolls off 10' leaving 6' for a warm room, or as the case in Arizona, the "Cool Room". I have also totally automated my observatory. I can run it remotely from anywhere in the US.
